Illustration for Crown Minerals Act 1991

When the Ministers are deciding about an outgoing guarantee, they can ask you for information. You might get a notice asking for information that relates to certain matters in sections 41E to 41I. The Ministers want this information to help them decide if a guarantee is needed and who should provide it.

If you get a notice, you must give the Ministers the information or documents they ask for. This information must be about the matters in sections 41E to 41I. You have to provide the information in the way and form the notice says.

You must give the Ministers the information within a reasonable time frame that the notice specifies. The notice will tell you how and when to provide the information. You have to follow the instructions in the notice to give the Ministers the information they need.
