89ZCDecommissioning cost estimate

  1. A person who is, or will be, obliged, under this subpart, to carry out and meet the costs of decommissioning must submit a cost estimate of all anticipated decommissioning work (a decommissioning cost estimate) to the chief executive—

  2. at the prescribed times (if any); and
    1. within a specified time of the occurrence of prescribed events (if any); and
      1. on request from the Minister, within any reasonable time specified in the request.
        1. The decommissioning cost estimate must—

        2. comply with the standards prescribed (if any) for developing that estimate; and
          1. meet any further prescribed requirements.
            1. The Minister may require any person who submits a cost estimate under subsection (1) to supply further information relating to the cost estimate within a time specified by the Minister.
