38XJCancellation of enrolment

  1. The Commissioner may cancel a non-pistol shooting range’s enrolment if—

  2. the range operator requests the cancellation of the enrolment of the range; or
    1. the Commissioner is satisfied that the range is no longer being operated as a non-pistol shooting range; or
      1. the range is not being operated with proper regard to individual or public safety; or
        1. the range operator has failed to comply with an improvement notice issued under section 38XL.
