56Obstruction of member of Police

  1. Every person commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to both who obstructs a member of the Police in the exercise of any right of entry, search, seizure, or detention conferred by this Act.
