38XN: Temporary suspension of shooting range’s operations for non-compliance with improvement notice

You could also call this:

Illustration for Arms Act 1983

If you run a shooting range and do not follow an improvement notice, a Police member can stop your range from operating for a while. They will give you a written notice saying why they are stopping your range and when the stop will start. If you have a pistol shooting range, the notice will also say the Police are thinking about cancelling your range's certification.
