38NCommissioner may make inquiries and request further information

  1. On receipt of an application for enrolment from a non-pistol shooting club, the Commissioner may, for the purpose of determining whether the information provided is complete and correct,—

  2. make whatever inquiries the Commissioner considers necessary; and
    1. request the applicant to provide any further information or documents.
