You can have your dealer's licence revoked if it is suspended. A Police officer can do this by sending you a written notice. They must think about what you say before making a decision. 9ARevocation of suspended dealer’s licence

  1. A commissioned officer of Police may, by notice in writing to the holder of a dealer’s licence that is temporarily suspended under section 60A, revoke the licence if the commissioned officer of Police—

  2. has considered any submissions made by the holder before the day stated in the notice of suspension on whether the licence should be revoked on the ground stated in that notice; and
    1. is satisfied that the licence should be revoked on that ground.
      1. A commissioned officer of Police must give the holder written notice of a decision on whether to revoke a dealer’s licence temporarily suspended under section 60A promptly after the decision is made.
