65Restoration of articles seized

  1. On application by way of originating application, a District Court Judge may make such order as he thinks just and expedient for the restoration of any firearm, airgun, pistol, pistol carbine conversion kit, imitation firearm, restricted weapon, prohibited magazine, ammunition, or explosive seized and detained in pursuance of the right of search, seizure, or detention conferred by this Act.
