50CUnlawful possession of prohibited part

  1. Every person commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years who without reasonable excuse is in possession of a prohibited part and who is not authorised by an endorsement made under section 30B to possess a prohibited firearm.
