38UDecision on application to have pistol shooting range certified

  1. The Commissioner may grant an application for certification if the Commissioner is satisfied that—

  2. the pistol shooting range meets all required safety standards published by the Commissioner; and
    1. all necessary territorial authority and regional council consents to operate the pistol shooting range have been obtained.
