44BOffence to sell or supply prohibited part

  1. Every person commits an offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years who, without reasonable excuse, sells or supplies a prohibited part to a person other than a person who holds an endorsement to possess a prohibited firearm.
