22GRestriction on manufacture of prohibited items

  1. No person may manufacture a prohibited item.

  2. Subsection (1) does not apply to an exempt person described in section 4A(1A).

  3. A person who contravenes this section commits an offence under section 50A, 50B, or 50C (as the case may be).
