If your dealer's licence is revoked, you stop being allowed to do dealer activities and must give your licence to the Police. You must also give the Police all the records you have to keep under section 12 that are not in the registry. Your employees cannot do dealer activities for you either. If you break these rules without a good reason, you can be punished with up to 6 months in prison or a fine of up to $10,000. You must follow these rules when your licence is revoked. The Police will take your licence and records.
