You can ask for a review of a decision about a firearms licence. This is if your application is refused or your licence is revoked. You can apply to the Commissioner to review the decision. You need to say what decision you want reviewed, why you think it should be reviewed, and what you want to happen. You must apply within 28 days of being told about the decision. The Commissioner can accept a late application if there are good reasons why you could not apply on time. The Commissioner will look at your application and make a decision. You can find more information about this in the Arms Legislation Act 2020.
