When you apply to be on the roll of non-pistol shooting clubs, the Commissioner checks your application. 38OConfirmation of enrolment

  1. If the Commissioner is satisfied that an application is made in accordance with section 38M and that the information provided is complete and correct, the Commissioner must—

  2. place the name and details of the non-pistol shooting club on the roll of non-pistol shooting clubs; and
    1. notify the non-pistol shooting club that it is enrolled and of the date of its enrolment.
