You can have a dealer's licence for a different place of business for up to 5 days. You need to get consent from a Police officer first. The officer will only give consent if you use the place for a gun show and it is secure. You might be allowed to have a dealer's licence for a different place for a short time. The Police officer can give you conditions to follow when they give consent. The officer's consent can have conditions that you must follow. A dealer's licence usually applies to one place of business. But you can apply to use it at another place for a short time with Police consent. This is useful for events like gun shows.
