50CAUnlawful possession of prohibited ammunition

  1. A person commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years if the person—

  2. is in possession of prohibited ammunition; and
    1. is not authorised or permitted expressly by or pursuant to this Act to be in possession of the prohibited ammunition.
