97OInformation requirements

  1. In taking an action or making a decision to which any of sections 97K to 97N apply, a water service provider must comply with all requirements in the NEDS concerning the collection, keeping, and sharing of information about the design, construction, and operational performance of the relevant water services infrastructure.
