You will get a written notice if you try to make an enforceable undertaking. The notice will say if your undertaking is accepted or rejected. It will also give reasons for the decision. The Water Services Authority will put notice of accepted undertakings on their internet site. This includes the reasons for their decision. If a drinking water supplier makes an undertaking, the Water Services Authority will tell the consumers and other suppliers about it.
