The Water Services Authority keeps a register of drinking water supplies. You can find the information in this register in section 54(2). The Authority also keeps a separate version of the register that the public can see. The public version contains some of the information from the main register, such as the details listed in section 54(2)(a), (c), (d), (f), and (g). The Authority can also add other information it thinks is important for the public to know. It can keep the register in any form it likes. The Authority can leave out some information from the public version if it thinks that is best. This might be to protect people's privacy or to keep the drinking water supply safe. Registration of a drinking water supply is valid for 5 years.
