125General provisions relating to directions and orders

  1. A direction, prohibition, or requirement issued under section 62, 104, or 105 and a compliance order issued under section 120

  2. must be in writing; and
    1. must contain contact information for the Water Services Authority and the compliance officer (if applicable); and
      1. must state that a person has a right of review under section 89 or a right of appeal under section 93; and
        1. may be addressed to any person under the person's legal name or usual business name or style.
