The Water Services Authority can create and maintain lists of wastewater and stormwater networks. They can keep these lists in any form they like, such as separate lists for different types of networks. The Authority can include any information they think is necessary on these lists to help with monitoring and reporting under section 141. The Water Services Authority must make these lists available to the public on their website. They can leave some networks out of the lists if they think it's not necessary to include them. The Authority decides what information to include on the lists to achieve the purposes specified in section 141. You can find the lists on the Water Services Authority's website, and they will be updated as needed. The Authority is in charge of keeping the lists accurate and up-to-date. They will use the lists to help with monitoring and reporting under section 141.
