186Offence involving breach of requirements relating to authorisations

  1. A person commits an offence against this section if the person fails to comply with a requirement under section 68, 69, 70, or 71 or any regulations made under section 200 in relation to section 72.

  2. A person who commits an offence against subsection (1) is liable on conviction,—

  3. for an individual, to a fine not exceeding $50,000:
    1. for a body corporate or an unincorporated body, to a fine not exceeding $100,000.
