Illustration for Water Services Act 2021

You can be held responsible if someone working for you breaks the Water Services Act 2021. This happens when a company, a group of people, or a person in charge is accused of doing something wrong because of something an employee or agent did. The law treats what the employee or agent did as if you did it too, so you are responsible.
