You must keep records if you supply drinking water. You need to record information about your drinking water supply and how it is operated. You also need to record the results of any monitoring to ensure the water is safe. You have to keep records of what you do when you get a direction, enforceable undertaking, or compliance order under the Water Services Act 2021. You must also record any other matters that are specified in compliance rules. The Water Services Authority may ask you to make these records available to them. The Water Services Authority can ask for the records to be made available as soon as possible, at certain times, or all the time. You can find more information about this in the Water Services Act 2021.
