86Costs may be recovered from drinking water supplier

  1. This section applies to all costs, charges, and expenses incurred by—

  2. the Water Services Authority, for the purposes of section 83; and
    1. a person appointed under section 83, in respect of their functions and duties under section 85.
      1. The costs, charges, and expenses may be recovered from the drinking water supplier concerned as a debt due to the Water Services Authority.
