76Charges

  1. A laboratory accreditation body may charge an accredited laboratory the following fees prescribed by the laboratory accreditation body by notice:

  2. a fee for—
    1. an application for, or a renewal of, accreditation:
      1. an assessment conducted under section 75(1)(d):
        1. an investigation conducted under section 75(1)(f):
        2. an annual fee for each full or partial year of accreditation:
          1. any other fee that is necessary to recover the costs associated with providing accreditation services.
            1. A notice made under this section is secondary legislation (see Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements).
