Laboratory accreditation and testing

74Water Services Authority may appoint accreditation body

  1. The Water Services Authority may, by notice in the Gazette,—

  2. appoint a person as a laboratory accreditation body; and
    1. revoke the appointment at any time.
      1. A reference in this subpart to a laboratory accreditation body is a reference to—

      2. the person appointed under subsection (1)(a); or
        1. if no person is appointed, the Water Services Authority.
