157Meaning of enforcement action

  1. In this subpart, unless the context otherwise requires, enforcement action means,—

  2. the filing of a charging document by the chief executive under section 14 of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011, or the issuing of an infringement notice by the chief executive or a compliance officer in respect of an offence under this Act; and
    1. the filing of a charging document by a person other than the chief executive under section 14 of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011 in respect of an offence under this Act.
