You can ask the Water Services Authority to review a decision that affects you. You must ask within 20 working days of finding out about the decision. The Water Services Authority can allow a longer time if they want to. You can ask for a review of certain decisions, such as directions or conditions given by the Water Services Authority. This includes decisions about temporary drinking water supplies or exemptions under section 57 or 58. It also includes decisions about authorisations under regulations made under section 200. You must make your application in the way and form required by the Water Services Authority.

89Application for internal review

  1. A person affected by a decision to which this section applies (the reviewable decision) or the person’s representative may apply to the Water Services Authority for a review (an internal review) of the decision within—

  2. 20 working days after the day on which the decision first came to the affected person's notice; or
    1. any longer period that the Water Services Authority allows.
      1. This section applies to the following decisions:

      2. any directions issued by the Water Services Authority or a compliance officer:
        1. any conditions issued by the Water Services Authority under section 33 that apply to a temporary drinking water supply:
          1. any decision by the chief executive to grant or refuse to grant an exemption under section 57 or 58:
            1. any decision to refuse to authorise, or to amend, suspend, or revoke, an authorisation under regulations made under section 200.
              1. The application must be made in the manner and form required by the Water Services Authority.
