148Further provisions relating to reporting

  1. To avoid doubt, the reporting requirements in sections 137 and 147 are in addition to the obligation to prepare, present, and publish an annual report under section 150 of the Crown Entities Act 2004.

  2. The Water Services Authority must give effect to the reporting duties in sections 137 and 147 in a report that is—

  3. separate from the Water Services Authority’s annual report; and
    1. published in accordance with section 205.
