Illustration for Water Services Act 2021

The Water Services Authority must publish a report every year. You will find information about how well networks and network operators perform environmentally. The report also looks at how well networks follow standards and rules. The Water Services Authority does not have to include some information in this report. You can find that information in the annual drinking water regulation report under section 137. The annual report may also talk about best practices for networks. The report may include examples of best practices and recommendations for actions to address issues. You can learn more about what the Water Services Authority reports on each year. The Authority publishes this report to keep you informed about water services.
