54Overview of how subpart applies

  1. This subpart provides—

  2. that all suppliers of electricity lines services are subject to information disclosure regulation; and
    1. that suppliers of electricity lines services that are not consumer-owned are also subject to price-quality regulation; and
      1. for the transition to the new regime provided for in this Part.
