If you think someone is supplying goods or services in a way that breaks the rules, you can ask the court for help. The court can stop the supplier from breaking the rules or make them follow the rules. You can ask the court to do this if the goods or services are not meeting the required standards for price, quality, or performance. The court can make decisions about this if they are satisfied that the rules are being broken. Any person can ask the court for this help, which can include an injunction or an order, as outlined in the Commerce Act 1986.
