87BOffence relating to price-quality, quality, or performance requirement regulation

  1. A person commits an offence if—

  2. the person, knowing that particular goods or services are subject to price-quality, quality, or performance requirement regulation, intentionally contravenes a price-quality, quality, or performance requirement in respect of the goods or services; or
    1. the person is subject to an order under section 87C(1)(b) and fails to comply with the order.
      1. A person who commits an offence under subsection (1) is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $200,000 in the case of an individual, or $1,000,000 in any other case.
