If you break a rule in Part 3 of the Commerce Act, a court can stop you. The court can make an order to stop you if the Commission or another person asks them to. You can be stopped from doing something that breaks the rule, or from trying to break the rule. The court can also stop you from helping someone else break the rule, or from being involved in someone else's rule-breaking. You might be stopped from doing something that could hurt a business or its assets.

If you agree to an undertaking under section 69A, but then you break that undertaking, a court can stop you. The court can make an order to stop you if the Commission asks them to. You can be stopped from doing something that breaks the undertaking, or from trying to break the undertaking. The court can also stop you from helping someone else break the undertaking, or from being involved in someone else's undertaking-breaking. You might be stopped from doing something that could hurt a business or its assets. The court can also make you follow certain rules when running a business, or appoint someone to supervise your business.
