Illustration for Commerce Act 1986

When you make a proposal for a customised price-quality path, the Commission checks if it meets the rules. If it does, the Commission tells people that your proposal is being considered and how they can get a copy of it. The Commission also sets a date for people to give their opinions on your proposal.

The Commission thinks about what people say about your proposal by the set date. You can find more information about what happens next in sections 53U and 53Z. The Commission makes a decision on your proposal within 150 working days of getting all the necessary information.
