The Commerce Act 1986 has a list of laws that are no longer valid, which you can find in the Enactments repealed section. This section is empowered by s 110(2). You can see the list of repealed laws, including the Commerce Act 1975 and several Commerce Amendment Acts from 1976 to 1985.
These laws are no longer in effect because they have been repealed by the Commerce Act 1986. The list also includes other laws like the Milk Amendment Act 1980 and the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Amendment Act 1976.
