If you break any rules made under this Part or a Commission service quality code, some other parts of this Act apply to you. These parts are about the Commission accepting promises from you to fix the problem, what you must include in those promises, and how the Commission makes sure you keep those promises. You can read more about this in section 74A, section 74B, section 74C, and sections 88 to 90.
