This part of the law is about protecting you as a consumer when it comes to water services. It has a few different sections that do different things. The first section has some introductory information about water services and the companies that supply them. The subpart 2 section lets the Commission add rules to protect you when companies have to share information about their water services. The subpart 3 section has rules to protect you in other ways, like how companies handle complaints and what kind of service they must provide. This section is just a guide to help you understand the rest of this part of the law.
