When the Commission makes decisions about water services, you need to know they consider the responsibilities of water suppliers. These responsibilities come from other laws, agreements, or Treaty settlement obligations. The Commission thinks about how water suppliers must meet water quality standards and support planning, growth, and housing development when making decisions about water services.
