If you get an authorisation under section 58, it also applies to other people involved in the same contract or arrangement. This includes people who are part of the contract or arrangement, or those who benefit from it. You should know that this authorisation applies to them as if they had also been granted the authorisation.

An authorisation under section 58 can also apply to someone who joins a contract or arrangement later on. This can happen if someone becomes part of a contract or arrangement after it has been agreed to, or if they become bound by a covenant after it has been given. You might be granted an authorisation that applies to someone who is not yet part of a contract or arrangement, but will be in the future.
