Illustration for Commerce Act 1986

When the Commerce Commission meets, you need to have at least 3 members there for it to be official. This rule applies even if it says something different in clause 9(1) and (2) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004. The chairperson can decide how the meeting will run.

The chairperson can give directions on how the meeting should be done, as long as it follows the rules of the Commerce Act.
