199Minister may supply water to any person from water supply works

  1. The Minister, for and on behalf of the Crown, may supply water from any water supply works constructed, maintained, or controlled by the Minister, whether under the authority of this or any other Act, to any person on such terms and conditions and for such consideration as the Minister thinks fit.
