39AAOModifications to this Act for purposes of this Part

  1. For the purposes of this Part, this Act applies—

  2. with the modifications made by this Part; and
    1. with the modifications set out in the rest of this section; and
      1. with any other necessary modifications.

        1. Section 4(6)(a)(iii) must be read as if the reference to objections included a reference to any rights to make a submission under section 23(3) (as modified by section 39AAH(2)) or further submission under section 25 (as modified by section 39AAI).

        2. A notice under this Part may also be served or given—

        3. by sending it to the last known electronic address of the person on whom it is to be served or to whom it is to be given; or
          1. by sending it to the last known electronic address of any agent or attorney of that person.
