51: Review of decisions

If you apply to export animals and someone makes a decision about your application under sections 42 to 48, you can ask for the decision to be reviewed. If the decision was made by someone acting for the Director-General, you can ask the Director-General to review it. If the Director-General made the decision, you can ask the Minister to review it, by looking at the decision made under sections 42 to 48.

51Review of decisions

  1. Where a decision under any provision of sections 42 to 48 is made by a person acting under the delegated authority of the Director-General, the applicant is entitled to have the decision reviewed by the Director-General.

  2. Where a decision under any of the provisions of sections 42 to 48 is made by the Director-General, the applicant is entitled to have the decision reviewed by the Minister.
