If you break a disqualification order made under section 169(3), you commit an offence. This order is about animals and can be made by a court. You can be stopped from having certain animals or any animals at all. If you commit this offence, you can be punished when you are found guilty. As an individual, you can be imprisoned for up to 3 years or fined up to $75,000, or both. As a company, you can be fined up to $350,000. When the law talks about an order, it also means an order that has been changed under section 169A.
