171: Application of fines recovered in respect of offences

171Application of fines recovered in respect of offences

  1. Where proceedings for an offence against any provision of this Act are instituted by an inspector appointed under section 124(2), the court may order that the whole or any part of any fine recovered in respect of that offence be paid to an approved organisation.
