116Level of compliance

  1. The Director-General must, after receiving a copy of the final report, inform the code holder in writing whether, in the opinion of the Director-General, the report indicates either—

  2. that the code holder has achieved a satisfactory level of compliance; or
    1. that the code holder has not achieved a satisfactory level of compliance.
      1. Where the Director-General is of the opinion that the report shows that the code holder has not achieved a satisfactory level of compliance, the Director-General must inform the code holder in writing of the actions that the code holder is required to take in order to achieve a satisfactory level of compliance.
