110Performance of duties

  1. Every accredited reviewer must—

  2. maintain an appropriate degree of impartiality and independence in carrying out his or her duties; and
    1. take all reasonable steps to ensure that his or her judgment is not impaired—
      1. by any relationship with, or interest in, the person or organisation subject to review; or
        1. by any involvement in the development of, or the process for the approval of, a code of ethical conduct; and
        2. use his or her best endeavours to comply with, and give effect to, any relevant performance standards or other requirements issued by the Director-General under section 112; and
          1. keep full and readily accessible records of each independent review conducted by the accredited reviewer.
